Out of Network Provider
Better Days Therapies of Augusta is an out of network provider for a variety of insurance companies. For your convenience, we offer courtesy billing submitting claims/superbills on your behalf to your insurance company. Once the insurance company processes the claim, you may receive a reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

Out of network services: Typically, when seeking services from an out of network provider, service fees will be at a higher cost-share compared to receiving services from an in-network provider. Your insurance company may require that you meet an out of network deductible prior to co-insurance benefits becoming active.

We can submit claims for most private insurances, if you do not see your insurance provider listed please call our office!
TRICARE
Better Days Therapies of Augusta is a Tricare authorized, non-network provider at this time. All therapists employed by Better Days Therapies of Augusta have been credentialed by Tricare and are authorized to service its beneficiaries.
We will submit claims to Tricare on your behalf. Benefits and payment for services will be based on your individual policy, deductibles, and catastrophic cap.

When receiving services from a non-network provider, you may be required to pay an additional cost-share as non-network providers do not have contacted fee agreement with Tricare.

Medicaid
Better Days Therapies of Augusta is in-network with Georgia Medicaid. All therapists employed by Better Days Therapies of Augusta have been credentialed by Medicaid and are authorized to service its beneficiaries. We are not in network with CareSource, Peach State, or any SC Medicaid at this time.
We will submit claims to Medicaid on your behalf. Benefits and payment for services will be based on your individual policy and deductibles.
